Refund and Returns Policy

At LocalBreeze.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy applies to digital files, software, and downloadable products, ensuring that defective or non-functional items are addressed promptly.

Overview

We offer a 5-hour refund window from the time of purchase for any file that contains an error, bug, or fails to function as described. If a purchased file is defective, we will first provide a replacement file. If the replacement still does not work, you may request a refund within the original 5-hour window.

Refund requests submitted after the 5-hour window cannot be honored.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, customers must:

  • Demonstrate that the file contains an error, bug, or does not work as intended.

  • Provide evidence via email, including:

    • Screenshots showing the error

    • Video recording demonstrating that the file/software is not functioning correctly

  • Submit the refund request within 5 hours of purchase.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • User errors, incorrect usage, or lack of knowledge to operate the file/software.

  • Requests submitted after the 5-hour window.

  • Partial use, accidental deletion, or files that are functional and match the product description.

Refund Process

  1. Submit your claim via email with proof of purchase and supporting evidence.

  2. Our team will review the claim and evidence.

  3. If the file is defective, we will provide a replacement file.

  4. If the replacement also fails to work, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital files. Our focus is on:

  • Resolving errors

  • Providing a replacement file

  • Issuing a refund if the file remains defective
